Karlos F. Finley is the principal partner at the K. Fitzgerald Finley Firm and serves as a part-time Judge with the City of Mobile, Alabama. Karlos earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Mobile, Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Miles School of Law in Fairfield, AL, where he was named class valedictorian. Since 2008, Karlos has practiced in the area of personal injury law. Karlos served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Mobile County District Attorney's Office. He has an AVVO rating of 10 (outstanding). He is a past Vice President of the Alabama Lawyers Association and a past President of the Vernon Z. Crawford, Bay Area Bar Association.

Karlos served as President of the 2008 Class of Leadership Mobile and was a member of the 2012 Class of Leadership Alabama. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Dora Franklin Finley African American Heritage Trail; The Paul W. Brock, Mobile Inns of Court; Mobile Bar Foundation; Fellow with the Alabama Law Foundation; The Boys and Girls Clubs of South Alabama; The Dearborn YMCA, The Dauphin Island Sea Lab; and is a member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Mobile, Inc., and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Karlos is a native and lives in Mobile. He is married to Kelly Finley and together they have three children.
